PRICING POLICY

Our pricing policy is based on Recommended Retail Prices (RRP).  Certain products may be discounted and prices are subject to change from time to time without notice. We will endeavour to be in stock however due to circumstances out of our control this may not be possible.  All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Pay Pal, Visa and Mastercard, and direct debit as methods of payment.

When purchasing from us your details are passed through a secure server using the latest 1024-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 1024-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. REFUND POLICY

Please email info@wendyhollyshoes.com.au for a Return Request Form.

Wendy & Holly Shoes & Accessories will exchange, provide a credit voucher or refund for incorrect choice in size, colour or style on full priced items purchased from the Wendy & Holly Shoes & Accessories website.  If you choose a credit voucher it will be issued for the same value of the returned product and valid for 6 months for website purchases.  Goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods, not have been worn or damaged and in a saleable condition in original packaging.  Goods that are received by us that are damaged or worn will not be accepted.  Returns occurring via the post or a courier do so at the customer's expense.

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Wendy & Holly Shoes & Accessories is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse. A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy.

SALE ITEMS

Wendy & Holly Shoes & Accessories offer credit voucher only for online sale items which are incorrect in size, colour or style.  The credit voucher will be issued to the same value of the returned sale item at the reduced price paid.  The credit voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Returned sale items occurring via the post or a courier do so at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your online purchase if you have purchased the wrong size for a different size within 7 days of the invoice date, subject to availability. Please note that sale items are not included in exchanges.  Returned SALE ITEMS will only be accepted back in store as a credit voucher.

If you intend to exchange an item, simply e-mail info@wendyhollyshoes.com.au as soon as possible with the style, size you require so we can reserve it for you. Then place the item(s) unworn and in their original condition in a postpak or box (to protect the original packaging) within 7 days from the date of the receipt. Returned sale items occurring via the post or a courier do so at the customer's expense. Return postage for exchange shoes is at the customer's expense.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods will be deemed faulty if they are damaged in transit or where a manufacturing fault occurs with 3 months of purchase.  Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.   Upon receipt of the returned goods, Wendy & Holly Shoes & Accessories will inspect the goods and if deemed faulty, your choice of an exchange, online credit voucher or refund will be issued.  Refunds for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, will be credited to the credit card, paypal or bank account you used to purchase the goods.  Please email info@wendyhollyshoes.com.au for a Return Request Form.

GOODS RECEIVED IN ERROR

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify info@wendyhollyshoes.com.au as soon as possible so we can put things right.

FREIGHT POLICY

We will endeavour to get orders sent out within 48 hours however due to circumstances out of our control this might not occur. 
Standard delivery time Australia is 3-4 working days. Overseas delivery 5-10 working days.  We send orders by Australia Post or courier.  No re delivery is authorised on courier deliveries.  Please make sure that you note on your order where the courier can leave your parcel.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. We use cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from this site only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
